How We Ship
We use either UPS, US Postal Service Priority Mail or Fedex , depending on the shipping address:

UPS Ground:

·  The US lower 48 states free shipping when we have a physical address. 

·  Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business Day Delivery is available. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same day if the items ordered are in stock.

US Postal Service Priority Mail:

·  PO Boxes

·  Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's</LI

·  US Possessions

·  Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day Air shipments available. Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day if the items ordered are in stock.

Fedex:

·  International (3-5 days depending on customs clearance)

·  We do not offer Next or 2-Day Delivery with this service.

UPS and FEDEX Address Correction Charge:
Please make sure your "ship to" address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. UPS and FEDEX now charges for "Address Corrections" and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card when it is billed to us. NOTE: Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.

We also offer UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day service to US addresses, ONLY if the items are in stock. The additional charges are $8.00, $10.00 and $18.00, respectively. Please note that UPS & USPS DO NOT guarantee 3 day delivery.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Processing Time:
In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before
2pm PST and items are in stock. (Personal check orders are held for 10 business days for check clearance.)

Your credit card will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made. If expedited service (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day) is requested and part of the order is not shipable, you will receive notice of the situation. If you choose to ship the in-stock items immediately, the remaining backordered items will be shipped via ground service as soon as possible at no extra cost to the customer.

Transit Time:
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take as long as 6 business days (see map below). Orders shipped via the US Postal Service usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments... obviously, these estimates will vary greatly.

Weekends and Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please do not count weekends or holidays when calculating transit time. If you place an order for next day delivery on Friday morning, you will receive your in-stock items on Monday.

 

Return Policy

At Tagjeans.com we offer a 14 business day exchange/refund policy from the original order date. All returns must be accompanied by company issued RMA # in order to be processed. As all verified orders are processed in-house and shipped in 1-2 business days customers must contact us on or before the 14th business day from the original order date to obtain the necessary RMA# if they wish to return an item. All orders will remain open for 14 business days from the original purchase date and will then be closed for further processing and made available for viewing purposes only. In the event we experience a delay in shipping which stems from our processing or availability of items we will contact you immediately to advise and will, in most cases, extend the return policy for a few days provided we are successful in reaching you or you contact us immediately within 1-2 business days from hearing from us. Orders needing security verification are not subject to a return policy extension so we strongly recommend you have the order shipped to the billing address only.

EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES ARE FREE AND EASY!
If you wish to return an item for exchange you can contact one of our representatives during regular business hours or via email to request RMA #. Upon discussing the items you wish to return you can then let the representative know which item you would like to exchange to and they will remove the item from the then available inventory as a reserved item. You may either select a different size of the item purchased of select a different item from the same category (shorts for shorts , skirts for skirts, jeans for jeans, etc) and if the item ticket price is greater than what you paid we will ship it to you at no additional cost. If you select an item of equal or lesser value the exchange we will still ship it to you at no cost but cannot offer a differential refund, no exceptions.
Once you have received the RMA# for the return, package the items securely and send back to the return address found on the shipping label on the original box/pack you received the items in, and enclose the filled out Returns form for proper processing. Please be sure to put the RMA# on the outside of the packaging to insure acceptance at our sorting facility.

In most instances, we will ship your exchange item out to you upon confirmation of receipt at the return facility. We may only do this if you provide the tracking number for the return package and we can confirm it will be deliverable at that location. Under normal circumstances, the average exchange can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks including to and from shipping times and in-house processing. We strongly urge customers to return items with a traceable reference number and call or email us with that tracking number and their order number on the date the item is delivered. This will greatly help expedite the exchange process, reducing the processing and shipping times down to 4-12 working days.

REFUNDS

Tagjeans.com will refund back to the original cardholder's method of payment for any NON-FINAL SALE ITEM returned with the required RMA#.

Actual purchase price  of the item minus the full amount of any coupons redeemed at checkout in addition to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Refunds are issued in 10-15 business days from date of receipt to the original method of payment for merchandise received back from an original order provided the following conditions are met:
1) Merchandise is received in unworn, unwashed, odor and stain free, and with all original tags still in place.
2) Item names or numbers have been discussed with the representative you contacted before issuance of the RMA# and the items match the returned RMA form.
3) Merchandise has been shipped in secure packaging with a traceable reference number and the RMA# issued in clear view on the outside of the returned package.
4) Reasons for return are discussed with customer service before issuance of RMA# and we are made aware of any damage to the merchandise before it is returned to us.

*PLEASE NOTE*
We will not issue an RMA# to any customer order after the 14th business day from the ORIGINAL ORDER DATE, no exceptions. It is the consumer responsibility to inspect merchandise upon receipt and notify us A.S.A.P. of the intent to return. We strongly urge customers purchasing gift items and having those items shipped to an alternate location to advise the recipient that they must comply with this regulation in order for you to receive your refund. We will not be responsible for personal delays such as traveling or vacations to affect the time frame for which a customer can request RMA #. Please do not ask your representative to override this policy as our systems are designed to close orders on the 15th business day after the order date.
