Waivers/Disclaimers

A) All photos of items offered for sale at Tagjeans.com are taken independently by the company and used for illustration purposes of the actual item for sale. Under no circumstances can they be used for any purpose by any individual or company without written consent from Tagjeans.com. We reserve the right to file charges against any individual or company using these photos or posing as an affiliate of Tag Jeans.com.

B) We reserve the right to verify and/or cancel any orders placed on the Tagjeans.com website for suspicion of fraud at the discretion of company management. If an order cannot be verified to satisfaction it will be canceled and the credit card used for the order will be refunded in full and also blocked from further use on the site.

C) Tagjeans.com is an independent and privately owned and operated company and does not claim affiliation with any other websites or retailers of the same merchandise offered for sale on its site.

D) Tagjeans.com will not take responsibility for any 3rd party company's financial, clerical, or internal policies which may be directly or indirectly related to the shipping of our products or any monetary transactions.

E) The retail prices listed on the site are an approximation based upon various MSRP and retailer estimates and not intended to be a specific representation of any one exact price.

F) We reserve the right to refuse a refund to the consumer who returns damaged or worn merchandise without first informing the company beforehand that this is the reason they are returning the merchandise.

G) We reserve the right to return to sender packages received at  facilities without proper identification such as a proper Return Merchandise Authorization number being visible on the outside of the returned package.

H) We are not responsible for typographical errors appearing on the site.

I) Prices are subject to change without notice and all items purchased at a certain price on any original order are not open to any differential refunds or price adjustments after the fact.

J)You agree that, except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, neither Tagjeans.com nor the directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns of each, shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of the Tagjeans.com web site. This waiver of liability applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for lost profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

K) Any promotional codes for additional savings are not combinable. We cannot offer multiple discounts on one order. Also, any promotional codes sent via email are good only for future orders placed and will not be applied to any existing orders.

L) FINAL SALE ITEMS are items that once purchased may only be returned for exchange to a different size in the same item if available at the time of request. No refunds will be issued for these items under any circumstances
